Design Team

Suenn Ho, a former Fulbright and National Endowment for the Arts grant recipient, is an urban designer in Portland, Oregon, and leads the design team for the Garden of Surging Waves. She has been involved with the project since 2006. Suenn has practiced urban design in Boston, Pittsburgh, New York City, France and Hong Kong. Her design work can be found in several Portland area projects, including Pacific Tower in the Chinatown neighborhood, the West Linn Public Library expansion, and development and streetscape plans for Old Town/Chinatown.
